I think this might have been taken in Australia, judging by the type of house. Tess and Fred lived for quite some time in Inala, a suburb outside Brisbane. We also lived in Inala, about a ten-minute walk from Tess. Not sure how it fits age-wise though, I’d need to compare a few photos to be really sure.
